Pregnancy Exercises
Tuesday, September 20th, 2005Pregnant women should perform some exercises to make the pregnancy easy. But the exercises should not be vigorous and tiring.
1. Before starting an exercise regime expectant mothers should consult their obstetricians.
2. Immediately halt the exercises if you experience any nausea, breathing distress, vaginal bleeding, uterine contractions, vertigo.
